Gary Lee Development focuses on value-added, single-family and multi-family residential development projects in high barrier to entry markets, including the Washington, DC metropolitan area and select infill markets in South Florida , South Carolina, and other South-Atlantic states.

We concentrate on sub-markets with long-term population growth propsects creating demand, and long-term barriers to entry constraining supply. Inside these sub-markets, our projects must have a unique and compelling location and/or other unique attributes which clearly differentiate them from their competitive set.

Richard Davis and Eric Ross, our Co-Managing Partners, have over 40 years combined experience in the investment and development of single family and multifamily real estate.

 

Gary Lee Development's current development pipeline includes more than $140 million of multifamily development in four (4) separate projects, and more than $10 million in four (4) high-end single family redevelopment projects.
